In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client invoices are issued accurately and on timely basis, funds are collected while maintaining positive customer relationship. Furthermore, you will work with our business team to ensure the revenue recognition. The successful candidate will have a combination of billing, accounts receivable, business and supervisory experience as this position could lead to a broader role in our company.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to: Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Perform month-end closing work
- Review journal entries and intercompany transactions reconciliations
- Prepare management report and analysis in a timely manner
- Ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
- Assist in prepare various accounting schedules for regular month-end closing, year-end audit and tax computation
- Participate in annual audit and SOX audit
- Support improvement in accounting processes and procedures
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree holder in Accountancy or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skills with ability and confidence to work with all levels
- Work independently, mature and responsible
- Well versed in in Microsoft Office applications
- Candidate with less experience will consider as Senior Accountant
