Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Working with all constituents of performance eco-system under one single roof
  • Exposure with the some of largest clients across categories.

In six months:

  • Get deep into the project and start working on modules adding value independently
  • Identify areas where you can add value and start a conversation around future growth


In 12 months:

  • Be the lead on the module you are working on
  • Start interactions with the client and own the scope and deliveries of the project


Responsibilities of the role:

The Business Intelligence Developer plays a key role in providing day-to-day management, and analytic support for our clients.  Our project work ranges across numerous industries including CPG, Automotive, and Retail to name a few. The Data Technology team supports all our North American offices (New York, Chicago, LA, Atlanta).  The ideal candidate has ownership for a key group of clients, maintains a strong relationship with the day-to-day client contacts and ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. 


  • Participate in a full data reporting development lifecycle including planning, design, development, testing, migration and production support
  • Build highly visible applications for both Internal and external clients
  • Design, develop, and maintain flexible reporting solutions using Python, SQL, JavaScript
  • Troubleshoot problems through testing and bug fixing. Ensure quality for their assigned projects
  • Develop and enhance ETL processes for performance and scalability
  • Create dashboards and reports using
  • Creating and working with REST Based API’s, Web Services.
  • Proven expertise in building fault tolerant and scalable solutions


What you will need:

  • Solid experience with Python and SQL
  • Minimum 4 years proven experience working with REST - API' s (internal and external 3rd party API's), handling Web Services, Web API’s in Python
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage, or similar cloud technologies
  • 2+ years of T-SQL writing skills including Stored Procedure, Function and View creation
  • Strong attention to details, ability to work independently, good communication skills
  • Ability to write testing scripts and good debugging skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Business Information Systems or equivalent. Candidates with a different background will be also considered
  • Good to have skills - Familiarity with DevOps and cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Good to have skills - Experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Good to have skills - Some exposure to .NET technologies would be a plus
  • Good to have skills - Experience with Scheduling tools such as Apache Air Flow
  • Good to have skills - Some familiarity with front end frameworks such as Django
  • Good to have skills - Any experience in Version control systems such as Azure DevOps, GIT, SVN, TFS
