Role Outline
The Implementation & Activation Associate Director is an emerging leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence and overseeing the day-to-day execution of effective campaigns. You will work closely with the Director to deliver best-in-class solutions, optimize campaigns, and provide unparalleled client service.

Key Responsibilities
Clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships with mid-to-senior-level clients.
- Provide expert perspectives on market trends and share insights with key stakeholders.
- Engage with vendors and partners to advance client objectives, involving team members in key discussions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client challenges, objectives, and initiatives, clearly articulating these to your team and media partners.
- Enhance our outstanding client service reputation.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of in-scope services and proactively recommend solutions.
Product
- Introduce innovation and creativity through market insights.
- Ensure strict adherence to activation commitments within client contracts.
- Develop and present data-driven implementation plans aligned with strategic priorities.
- Stay informed about the media landscape, confidently training others on media principles.
- Collaborate with internal product teams to articulate the benefits of proprietary tools and identify growth opportunities.
- Drive improvements in processes, campaign execution, and team efficiency.
- Play a pivotal role in client media audits, negotiations, and billings forecasting.
People
- Motivate and empower direct reports to achieve individual, team, and organizational goals.
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, career conversations, and performance reviews.
- Work with the People Team to resolve team disputes and foster a positive work environment.
- Champion company values and build strong, trusted relationships within the team.
Growth & Marketing
- Showcase outstanding work internally and externally.
- Contribute to award submissions and industry thought leadership.
- Support new business development and pitch processes.
