Reporting of the role: Commercial Finance Head

Key responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive and streamline the billing process and oversee day to day billing operations.
  • Ensure invoices are timely, accurate, and complete in accordance with the client requirements and expectations
  • Collaborate with business and operations to complete all billing requirements like reconciliations  of  third party cost ,approved media plan with proof of delivery .
  • Weekly tracking of unbilled and measure teams performance to improve efficiency.  
  • Manage and set productivity matrix to team
  • Provide monthly  activity report for monthly closure and revenue calculation details of activity billed and unbilled .
  • Perform appropriate follow up on any issues or mistakes and resolving them when necessary
  • Follow up and resolve any queries from customers regarding PO reconciliation and providing report and client activity and savings statement.
  • To align and brief the standard billing process and billing cycles during new client onboarding.
  • Provide support to commercial during client commercial and financial audits in providing all documents and reconciliation

 Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 8 years’ experience in leading Billing is prefereable.
  • Work experience in process oriented organization ,BPO set up companies like Accenture, IBM & Capgemini would be added advantage.
  • Good leadership and team management skills .
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good analytical skill, problem solving and detail approach.
