The Media Masters Program is an accelerated trainee program that prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital, Trading or Biddable Specialist role at GroupM – the world’s largest media company!
This program has been designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in media. By combining industry concepts, on-the-job training, and mentorship from media professionals, you will develop skills in our key practice areas: Media Planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce.

Responsibilities of the role:
- Develop and execute effective media strategies that support our client’s overall marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with cross functional team, agencies, and partners to optimize campaigns.
- Work with high-profile local and global brand clients.
Who are we looking for?
- Fresh graduates or final year students graduating in 2024 may apply
- Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Math, Advertising, Marketing, Communications preferred
- Early career movers with no more than 2 years of working experience may apply
What you’ll bring:
- Passionate and keen to learn and develop your understanding of all things Media.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in oral and written communications.
- A collaborative mindset and team player
- Appreciation for numbers, Digital world and data with the ability to interpret and translate the findings into successful media campaigns.
