Finance and Accounting Manager


Job Description
As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will be responsible to manage comprehensive accounting function in the company together with a team. You should be knowledgeable on accounting principles, IFRS and SOX.

Reporting of the role
This role will be reporting to Senior Finance and Reporting Manager


Key Responsibilities

In this role, your key responsibilities and objectives will be:

  • Manage the operating company financial controls and comprehensive accounting activities
  • Manage and control monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting cycle for the business units in the Company
  • Ensure the accounting results for the company are reported accurately on timely basis and in accordance with the company’s accounting policies
  • Ensure compliance to statutory law, finance, and tax regulations
  • Prepare financial and analysis of fixed asset, net working capital and cash flow
  • Review and reconcile the Balance Sheet schedules
  • Manage chart of account and general ledger
  • Familiarity with Indonesia PSAK, IFRS and SOX
  • In charge in providing data for External, SOX and Tax audits as well maintain the communication with the auditors


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Accounting for reputable university
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an auditor in reputable audit firms
  • Preferably have experience in handling ICFR and SOX audit
  • Hands on person, attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Proficient in English both in verbal and written
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Have experience in managing team
  • High integrity person, good leadership and have conflict resolution skills
  • Good teamwork and supportive
