Measures of success –

In three months:

· Gain an in-depth understanding of the programmatic landscape
· Be trained on the various GroupM Nexus Platforms & Tools and how insight and analytics fits into the bigger team
· Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Operations Team and take ownership of pre-campaign to post-campaign requirements.

In six months:

· Manage and be responsible for branding campaigns from start to completion
· Generate meaningful insights for post-campaign reporting
· Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the GroupM Nexus business including audience planning and insight, GroupM Nexus products, and GroupM Nexus Proprietary Media as part of the overall campaign execution.

In 12 months:

· Be responsible and manage campaigns of all KPIs from start to completion
· Drive the agency and client engagement with a demonstration of insightful programmatic learning and data-driven audience strategy
· Test and learn different optimization strategies and knowledge share with the team

Responsibilities of the role:

- Accurate reporting of campaign performance
- Campaign Pacing, Performance vs KPI, Margin, Campaign Strategies (both performing and non-performing), and recommendations / actions taken

Campaign Management

- Oversee and handle all GroupM Nexus Display & View and XTV Campaigns. This includes campaign setup 
to optimization Agency / Work Management
- Any agency requests that are within GroupM Nexus scope such as but not limited to weekly reports, site tagging should be accomplished within 1 business day.
- Answers agency inquiries articulately and accurately as soon as possible or should not exceed 1 business day

What you will need

● Bachelor degree in marketing, advertising, math, or a related field
● Fresh Graduate/1-year work experience
● Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite
● Intermediate to advanced analytical skills specifically to performance and data metrics
● Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
● Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with outstanding presentation skills
● Enthusiasm for the media industry and digital online space.
