The Campaign Delivery team creates an effective link between the client facing Agency teams and the GroupM Services. The Campaign Delivery team ensures that comprehensive briefs are received from the Agency teams and ensures that GroupM Services specialists meet clients’ expectations by achieving campaign KPI’s timely and through embedding operational excellence. They are also supporting the delivery of tasks such as reporting output, offer insights and recommendations across strategic planning and agency pitches.

The following are the responsibilities of the GroupM Services Campaign Delivery Team and the varying degree of complexity is subject to individual job level:

  • Own deep knowledge of all GroupM Agencies deliverables and campaign KPIs’ that have been committed to brands and share it across biddable teams when/if needed
  • Set agenda and direction for Campaign Delivery teams’ process improvements in order to enhance engagement between GroupM Services and GroupM Agencies
  • Proactively address, and when needed escalate, any issue that compromises the quality and timeliness of deliverables 
  • Support teams while adapting to fast changing priorities
  • Provide technical perspective in client meetings when specific expertise is required 
  • Lead quality control and assurance practices across Biddable teams
  • Lead compliance with finance processes, GroupM policies and procedures.
  • Lead and influence cross-function collaboration by demonstrating openness to new ideas and interest in learning from colleagues with different expertise
  • Incentivize share of knowledge and best-case practice
  • Oversee campaign outputs to deliver core business objectives, revisit strategies and push boundaries on business growth for all GroupM Agencies
  • Ensure Campaign Delivery and Buying teams are providing coherent media responses (i.e. quality control on media schedules produced to Agency Planners)
  • Regularly review on brief quality provided by GroupM Agencies to ensure efficient and quality response output
  • Oversee and be accountable for end-to-end project management of campaign brief and delivery
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients’ campaigns and advise Agency teams accordingly
  • Actively contribute in new business development/pitching if required
  • Be the lead contact and trusted advisor for any Biddable campaign, confident to liaise at director and senior management level over existing and future internal/external arrangements
  • Coach and mentor managers
  • Promote knowledge share and continuous learning around POVs, trends and relevant skills to continue nurturing a high-performing team
  • Assist GroupM agencies on consolidating data for ad hoc based reports (e.g. CSI/Savings Report/Cost Avoidance)
  • Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (i.e. mid and post campaign) working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills
  • 3+ years of experience win a leadership position
  •  6+ years’ experience within a biddable tactical planning or strategic engagement capacity
  • Detail oriented, responsive to deadlines and able to multitask
  • Ongoing interest in digital marketing, industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  • At least 3+ years in a client servicing role and good interpersonal skills within the organization
  • Ability to manage key stakeholders and deal with potential conflict management
  • Able to manage competing priorities
  • Leadership skills demonstrated by the ability to anticipate and remove barriers to productivity, drive teams towards clear goals, take effective decisions and challenge the status quo.
  • Strive for excellence demonstrated by setting high standards for yourself and others, holding teams accountable, focusing on continuous optimization while mitigating risks.
  • Passionate about digital media, AdTech, marketing tools and technologies and eager to keep learning
  • Ability to build and maintain a productive collaboration across teams
  • Persuasive and effective communicator
