Digital Planning AM 3~5 years experienced in Korean market

 

Reporting of the role

Measures of success –

In three months:

  • Been exposed to all related stakeholders, and you will start managing on/offline media planning process against briefs from the designated client
  • Been satisfactorily commented by internally and externally that you’re well on-boarded

 

In six months:

  • Stood as the dedicated media planning manager for the client.
  • Begun to develop an incremental business pipeline for your clients.
  • Settled down programmatic buying system by strengthening DMP & DSP and fully digested relevant insight tool and made BIC (Best In Case) for the designated clients.

 

In 12 months:

  • Successfully serviced your respective client engagements, earning client compliment to another projects' worth of agency retainership
  • Built out your incremental business pipeline with additional Mediacom/GroupM products and service offerings

 

What your day job looks like at dtsi :

  • The Digital Media Planning is responsible for executing all day-to-day digital media planning and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.
  • Assist in the development of media plans that specify which forms of media will be used to effectively reach the target audience, including emerging media tactics
  • Develop the quarterly and annual media plan by including digital media
  • Assist in maintaining budget updates and spread sheets
  • Report competitive analysis
  • Generate analysis of market performance
  • Billing Reconciliation

 

What you will need:

  • Digital Campaign strategy and planning experience / 디지털 캠페인 전략 수립 및 운영
  • Digital Campaign Analysis and consulting / 디지털 캠페인 성과 분석 및 컨설팅

 

Experience:

  • Experience digital advertisement agency or digital media company over 3 years
  • Sufficient knowledge on Korea digital media landscape
  • Strong analytical skills with consideration to company/client objectives
  • Knowledge for all aspects of Digital Media, including paid media such as Display, SEM, SNS, digital analytics such as google analytics and 3rd party brand safety tools etc.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication skill at client facing and team management
  • Preferred for eCommerce experienced at insurance market
  • Preferred for the certificate related with Searching and GA
