Overview of job

We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Executive to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting your supervisors on day-to-day media planning and executions.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to:  Associate Director   


The Senior Digital Executive provide support for planning and coordinating the digital strategy  across all APAC markets.

You will participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels.  You will also work together with the local Mediacom teams for all day-to-day media planning and client service activities associated with assigned accounts..

Working with the team’s regional leadership, you will help the team accomplish challenging goals and objectives, balancing client, company, and team priorities.

What you’ll bring:

  • Support your Manager on key functions include but not limited to Media Planning, Client servicing, Reporting and Invoicing
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels with focus on digital
  • Identify appropriate media strategy and tactic, with the guidance from Associates and Managers
  • Ensure regular reporting is delivered on time and accurately
  • Ensure that campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies
  • Develop strong working relationship with key agency and media partners. This will include acting as the first point of contact for operational issues

Minimum qualifications:

  • At least 4 years’ experience in media/advertising agency
  • Strong digital planning experience
  • Google AdWords Certification OR Facebook blueprint certification desirable
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources)
  • Understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Able to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and   information reported
  • be a strong communicator – English is our global language
