E-commerce Executive to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for Amazon Search + DSP Campaign Management for major global clients.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Responsible for day-to-day management of major brands’ paid Amazon Search and Display
  • Support campaign implementation, optimizations, and reporting
  • Understand the client’s product, marketing objectives and digital goals on Amazon
  • Think creatively, do research, and develop innovative tactics to improve efficiencies or advance the program. Present practical ideas for future expansion or optimization.
  • Work closely with agency client teams, supporting strategy proposals and new business pitches

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Understanding of the client’s product portfolio, position in marketplace and insights in landscape, competitors, and the role of Amazon for the business
  • Building relationships with key Amazon partners and agency client teams
  • Defining clear workflow process from implementation to reporting

In six months:

  • Set up and optimize campaigns with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate on test and learn scenarios, implement global best practices
  • Establish clear understanding in achieving sales targets and growth

In 12 months:

  • Take ownership of day-to-day communications and campaign operations
  • Ability to measure contribution and impact of campaigns for business
  • CPC and ROAS improvement compared to first quarter

What you’ll bring:

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Business level English and Japanese – ability to manage daily communication with Amazon and agency client teams
  • Prior experience running Amazon campaigns or search/programmatic operations is a plus
  • Understanding of e-commerce consumer journey and marketing funnel
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint. Comfortable with pivot table and large data sets.
  • Eagerness to learn and constantly improve
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented approach
