Job title: Executive-(BI) Analyst

Brief role description:   
We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst, He/she will be responsible for transforming data into insights that drive business value and strategy. Collaborate with various teams to understand business requirements, design and develop data models, and create visualizations and reports. Your insights will support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Core responsibilities:  
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models. 
  • Create interactive visualizations and presentations to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. 
  • Perform data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 
  • Ensure data accuracy and reliability through validation and testing processes. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BI, analytics, and data visualization. 
The Candidate: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information to non-technical audiences.
 Preferred Skills:
 
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and techniques for data analysis.
  • Certification in BI or Data Analytics (e.g., CBIP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) is a plus.
