Overview of job

Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and is a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are looking to hire a Partner – Influencer Marketing to join us. In this role, you will be leading the advocacy narrative at Mindshare for the largest FMCG organization in India. An individual with an entrepreneurial mindset ready to build the influencer marketing ecosystem for Mindshare working with a team of 10+ young minds specializing in the space of influencer marketing. The role entails managing and building the influencer scope for more than 50 brands. The 4 key pillars of the job A) Liaison with the global team and local to maintain and further develop a strategic narrative on influencer marketing B) strategically manage and device influencer marketing plans at a massive scale C) Develop and deliver first of its kind advocacy solutions for brands D) Create a measurable framework on influencer marketing. Understanding of social media, digital marketing and content marketing ecosystem will be important elements to this role.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • To get a detailed understanding of the agency ways of working
  • Build a strategic framework on influencer planning
  • Get acquainted with a large set of brand universe
  • Establish IM mandatories

In six months:

  • Effectively plan and deliver influencer marketing plans with the team
  • Proactively participate in designing influencer marketing solutions to brand briefs
  • Establish metrics that matter

In 12 months:

  • Achieve goals set for the year
  • Deliver new age influencer marketing solutions
  • Retain and develop team
  • Be the best-in-class influencer marketing agency

Minimum qualifications:

  • Graduate – Mandatory, Post graduate – Preferred
  • Minimum 8+ years’ experience
  • Should have previously managed a team
  • Experience in influencer marketing, Social media, and ecommerce
  • Should have worked with marketing/influencer analytic tools
  • Understanding of media will be an advantage
  • Interest in industry news and trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good inter-personal skills
