In this role, you will work closely & support the Account Management and Media Planning team across the globe. The Ad Operations team is core of Global delivery system and is pivotal to the success of each campaign that is executed. Responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage end to end campaign set-up from getting creatives, assigning Ads & reporting on mobile and web and optimizing Advertiser campaigns.
  • Work On QA/QC of campaigns execution.
  • Anticipate and identify issues with campaigns and ad-creatives.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues with campaign delivery and performance.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and ways to improve operations workflow.
  • Oversee the delivery of 2000+ campaigns a year and ensure quality control.
  • Build performance reports, using various tools and reconciling data from the third-party reports and the internal system reports.
  • Advanced understanding of Trafficking Process (DCM, Sizmek, DSP, SSP, DMP, ad serving, Social Ads API Platforms, etc.)
  • Interact & work closely with the Regional Stake holders and Vendor team to ensure smooth Campaign execution.
  • Assist the Client Services team in understanding and conveying Operational aspects of campaign execution, performance and monitoring.
  • Provide periodic reports and Dashboards to the stakeholders.

Measures of success:

In three months:

  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the Ad operations landscape
  • Be trained on the various platforms and tools
  • Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the team and take ownership of Campaign Initiations. 

In six months:

  • Manage and be responsible for all campaigns from start to completion.
  • Master all aspects of the business including Billing Reporting and Insights as part of the overall campaign execution.

In twelve months:

  • Be responsible and confidently manage projects as a regional specialist.
  • Be a trusted team member and support all activities.
  • Test, learn, share, and seek different Advertising tactics and knowledge share with the wider trading team.


  • Bachelor Degree Required (Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Mathematics, Economics, Statistics preferred)
  • 2-4 years of experience in Ad Operations.
  • Expertise in Ad Operations, Sound understanding of ad-server or ad-operations technologies Knowledge of ad serving and ad server(s) preferably, RTB, DCM & Sizmek.
  • Knowledge of debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, HTTP Watch, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Java-script/HTML/CSS/XML.
  • Creative problem solver, self-motivated and driven.
  • Quick learner and willing to try new tools/software for reporting, Trafficking & analysis.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and highly focused.
  • Good time and work management abilities.
  • Passionate about digital media communications as well as technology & trends.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent listening skills, and the ability to adjust to the personalities of various partners.
