About the role

The Programmatic Manager is responsible for the end to end delivery of the Programmatic Team scope within the Mindshare agency across both the Sydney and Melbourne agency locations.  The Mindshare Head of Audience & Adtech will be tasked to lead cultural change and increase adtech and technical excellence across the function.  As a member of the Outcomes team, develop and implement a strategy to evolve the Programmatic team and the wider Mindshare agency towards an industry leading force in Media, in terms of performance, reputation and potential.

Outcomes are responsible for the delivery of our Search, SEO, SEM, Programmatic, Adtech, Performance Partnerships, Social products and services.   It is responsible for delivering the Mindshare Performance Media function via utilising systems, processes and practices that enables work to effectively and efficiently move throughout the agency teams and departments.

 

What you will need:

You will have meaningful career experience across major agency and channel related concepts and application to deliver effective client and brand outcomes. This will be underpinned by a professional marketing qualification or equivalent experience of 2- 5 years in Media Agencies or broader Media Industry using SME tools, techniques and processes.
