About the role


Accountable for quantifying and measuring the success of our executions and for delivering insights that enable us to innovate the work we deliver at Essence. Supporting the Media teams in measuring and optimizing campaign performance and/or test and trials.



Some of the things we’d like you to do:


  • Support wider Analytics team in implementing of our measurement tools to help ensure alignment with timelines
  • Formulate strategic recommendations with Analytics Manager and above based on gathered insights
  • Become comfortable with data collection, data cleaning, analysis and validation
  • Contribute to innovative data science projects to value-add media performances.
  • Develop skills in effective communication to deliver proper explanation of result generated by our analysis to external clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of advancements in our own offering and feed into the product development plan



A bit about yourself:




  • Natural affinity for numbers and analysis skills
  • Passionate in digital analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Desire to constantly improve processes (e.g. through automation)
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Google docs a bonus)
  • Highly organized and efficient under pressure




  • Competent querying languages (e.g. SQL)
  • Familiar with statistical/programming languages (e.g. Python, R)
  • Possess hands-on analytical and measurement experience of digital channels such as DBM, GDN, Social channels.
