Measures of success

In three months, you would have:

  • Gotten an understanding of the agency portfolio of clients.

In six months, you would have:

  • Started to build relationships with the key decision makers within the client and agency organizations

In 12 months, you would have:

  • Been able to independently propose Ecommerce overall strategy to meet clients requirements

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Customize Ecommerce marketing and media strategy for client across Ecommerce platform include but not limited to Taobao, Tmall, DJ, 1号店
  • Bridge to integrate clients Ecommerce strategy into their marketing portfolios that enable the clients to expand their business online or leverage the various online shopping/ groupbuy/ BBC/ B2C to run impactful campaigns with trackable performance
  • Analyse competitors market strategy, promotion and operation according to market trend and data to optimize the Ecommerce campaign.
  • Coordinate and manage Ecommerce vendors

What you will need:

  • Solid digital media knowledge or deep understanding of Ecommerce platform
  • Have 4A agency digital and client service experience
  • Deep knowledge and experience in the market strategy or operation of Taobao, Tmall and other Ecommerce platform
  • Good communication and team management skills
  • Professional English presentation and proposal writing
