Overview of job
Mindshare is an agency of GroupM, the world’s largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally. We are currently looking for a Adtech/Martech Lead to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for developing industry defining ad-tech mar-tech solutions for India’s largest marketer – HUL.

In this role, your goals will be:
In three months:

  • Understanding the wider WPP and GroupM ecosystem offering on Adtech and martech
  • Identifying key intiatives to drive for HUL

In six months:

  • Customising/creating solutions to solve specific brand business problems
  • Driving first to market initiatives for emerging tech
  • Landing 1-2 key initiatives

In 12 months:

  • Independently driving the Adtech/Martech/Voice/Gaming roadmap for HUL – Landing 3-4 key initiatives
  • Build the Adtech/Martech/Voice/Gaming vision and future plan for HUL

What your day job looks like at Mindshare:

  • Working with internal and client teams to identify Martech opportunities
  • Creating custom solutions to address brand challenges
  • Bringing together multiple partners to drive initiatives at scale

What you’ll bring:

  • A passion for emerging tech like Occulus and other AR/VR technologies, gaming, voice marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing and a understanding of how to create solutions for brands using technology
  • Willingness to explore unchartered territory and build a practice from the ground-up

Minimum qualifications:

  • 10+ years in marketing – preferably in one or more of - Ad-tech/Mar-tech/Brand solutions/Gaming solutions/Voice
  • Strong articulation and storytelling skills
  • Background in engineering, technology is a plus
