Job title – Head, Digital Trading
Overview of job -
This role is part of our Mindshare Exchange (Digital trading) for HUL. You will lead on setting the agenda and implementation of the overall digital trading strategy Reporting of the role - This role reports to the Head – The Exchange, Mindshare Fulcrum Measures of success –
 In 3 months:
• Completely be in sync with our overall trading objectives and implementation strategy
• Understand the current key partnerships and JBPs thereof
• Demonstration of technical knowledge and enabling the same in the client business
In 6 months:
• Strong tracking and course correcting for the JBPs
• Actively lead the day-to-day trading practices and ensuring BAU
• Ensuring regular tracking of client deliverables
• Ensuring monthly buying reviews with client
• Contributing towards POV and whitepapers on landscape
In 12 months:
• Achieve all expectations and KPI’s set out for the year.
• Add value to the group through thought leadership in area’s mutually decided with your reporting manager
• Provide inputs to new implementation strategies (if any) Responsibilities of the role -
• To work with the Exchange Head to plan and execute Digital Trading strategy for HUL. To be specific, ensure all key KPI’s like JBP creation, developing relevant KPIs, ensuring KPI fulfilment, Inflation control and ensuring partners align to BAV
• Syncing up with stakeholders to ensure platform understanding and KPI’s are successfully delivered.
• Along with execution, ensure setting up systems to monitor their effective implementation.
• Other miscellaneous related duties as required.

What you will need -
• A trading or “deal-making” personality, who enjoys the excitement of negotiations.
• A practical, “hands-on” approach, and excellent local media vendor connections.
• A sensitive, careful approach is needed to obtain the best results from our media vendor partners (as well as our clients and staff).
• Energy and enthusiasm to relentlessly drive changes across the business and help our staff embrace this new initiative and the change in behavior that is needed.
• A collaborative and astute approach to build trust and respect across our total network – we are a multi-agency, multi-layer organization.
• A deep understanding of digital media and familiarity with all aspects of digital media including display, Search, Social, Mobile, Video, Programmatic, Data, etc.
• 15+ years of experience in the digital arena ideally across multiple markets and/or in a regional role with an emphasis on buying and negotiation.
