Job Summary:

The qualified candidate will support the outbound promotion of Clear Spring Healthcare. This position will work within a team environment to collaboratively design sales collateral, select direct marketing/advertising assets, web content, email, PowerPoint presentations, and other relevant content. The work is both creative and cerebral, pairing the skillset of a designer and editor, while also interacting internal and external partners.

Ultimately, this position will act as our brand’s voice to help attract new clients and engage members and other stakeholders while creating a consistent and cohesive message and design strategy.

 A portfolio of relevant work must be provided.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain a design strategy for online and offline channels and varying audiences while enforcing brand standards.
  • Design and update marketing, sales and enrollment collateral including, but not limited to, sales brochures, fact sheets, flyers, forms, booklets, emails, newsletters, presentations, direct mail, social media, signage, and web related content.
  • Create static/animated display banner ads for the Google Display Network optimized for both desktop and mobile devices.
  • Coordinate, when applicable, with external agencies, printers and other partners to complete asset production.
  • Understand market dynamics and consumer shopping trends as they relate to our industry
  • Consistently review existing processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement leveraging best practices, new technology, and new marketing tactics.
  • Participate in website content design/redesign and/or customer experience initiatives.

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5+ years graphic design related experience; healthcare marketing experience preferred but not required
  • Marketing or graphic design degree preferred, but not required based on experience
  • Experience with omni-channel marketing campaigns/programs including but not limited to direct mail, email, web (e.g., SEO, display ads, general content), social media, and print
  • Intermediate copywriting and editing skills preferred
  • Highly creative and imaginative and able to stay current with relevant design trends
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and/or competing priorities
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Collaborate in a team environment with internal and external partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
