Clear Spring Health is in search of an account analyst to help support its commercial line of business. As a new program, the commercial line is growing quickly. Clear Spring is looking for someone to assist management with day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of support functions, be team-centered, and have excellent communication skills.

Daily operations will consist of creating and analyzing reports, communicating with the team about account updates, and helping to ensure all deliverables meet set timelines. The Account Analyst will work closely with management and should have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and be motivated to complete required tasks independently. No industry experience required, as management will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to learn quickly
• Review reports and revise for accuracy as needed
• Utilize a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to adhere to a unique set of reporting requirements for each account
• Effectively communicate with internal and external teams regarding account updates
• Utilize time-management skills to attend daily program meetings and complete assigned tasks
• Coordinate and communicate daily with offshore team of non-native English speakers

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Strong aptitude for technology
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong written and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
