The Finance Department is currently seeking an Accountant with strong accounting, problem-solving, and communication skills for our Zionsville, IN location. The accountant will be primarily responsible for accounting for the company’s biweekly payroll, month end payroll-related accruals, as well as a variety of other accounting tasks including but not limited to intercompany accounting and settlements.

Main Accountabilities:
- Account for biweekly payroll and prepare required control packets
- Perform month end payroll, benefits, bonus and other related accruals
- Review and document monthly reconciliation of payroll related accounts
- Communicate regularly with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders with appropriate confidentiality
- Provide support as needed to internal and external auditors
- Track and report intercompany balances, settling funding as needed
- Assist expense team to properly allocate intercompany costs
- Other duties and projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Payroll accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Workday and/or Oracle a plus
- Advanced working knowledge of computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sound judgment in handling and communicating highly confidential information
- Strong work professional work ethic, integrity, and team-oriented
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ownership and accountability
- Internally driven and self-motivated
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Commitment to customer service and quality
