Job Summary:

We're looking for an Associate Director, Onboarding Project Management to join our team
who plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for our
clients. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who takes the initiative to drive
projects forward, and is always looking for ways to improve and streamline processes. They
should be comfortable taking ownership of the onboarding process and driving it forward with a
sense of urgency.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for overall project management of client onboarding including requirements
  • gathering, creating project timelines, and stakeholder management.
  • Proactively manage, communicate and resolve issues, challenges and concerns raised
  • during the onboarding process. Serve as the escalation point of contact for project
  • related deliverables for our clients. Maintain project risk management protocols and
  • Collaborate with our product, engineering, compliance, law department, and operations
  • teams to analyze and solve complex client business requirements.
  • Monitors client satisfaction and service level and drives the appropriate process changes
  • to improve client experience.
  • Maintains a strong culture of risk and controls throughout the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience working as an onboarding project manager,
  • customer success manager, or similar role.
  • Experienced project and process management skills in a regulatory environment.
  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced,
  • changing environment.
  • Communicate effectively using verbal and written communication methods.
  • Attention to detail - you’re meticulous and curious to understand how things work.
  • Proactive and able to work and learn independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
