Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Director as a Fulfillment and Product Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the support and maintenance of strategies for the part D (Pharmacy) program and Part C operations unit over bid submission and timely review of materials in vendor’s management system--360.com, for mailing.  In addition, you are required to be the direct contact for State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) counselors.

 

Main Accountabilities

  • Manage and/or work with third-party vendors such as courier services to effectively complete their tasks.
  • Be the source for questions related to inquiries on date of when materials are received/mailed.
  • Maintain knowledge of current products and offers via the bid submission process.
  • Be available for daily calls from State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) counselors, primarily during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) and Special Election Periods (SEP). The enrollment period is from October to March.
  • Establish communication with colleagues within enrollment, pharmacy, and marketing to provide resolution to SHIP counselors.
  • Maintain efficient material ID development and tracking tool.

 Qualifications:

  • Inventory management.
  • Strong PC Skills and proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Work Environment:
  • May require additional hours weekly to complete assigned work, including weekends.
  • The hours are mainly 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM--Monday through Friday.
