Responsibilities:

Continuous enhancement of software development infrastructure: continuous integration and delivery, databases, cloud services, systems monitoring, etc.
Consulting developers in infrastructure configuration issues (OS performance optimization, network bottlenecks, storage configuration, etc). Work in collaboration with corporate and customer’s IT services within the internal geographically distributed engineering team

Requirements:

• Knowledge of:

  • CockroachDB, FoundationDB, MySQL, MSSQL, PostgerSQL
  • Jenkins, JIRA, Github
  • Bash, Python
  • Ansible, Linux

• Experience with:

  • Developing solutions for automated deployment and CI/CD
  • Supporting and continuous enhancement of software development infrastructure
  • Consulting with developers about infrastructure configuration issues
  • Collaborating with a distributed team of developers, testers, analysts
  • Collaborating with corporate and customer’s IT services
• Good spoken English
