WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Act as a trusted partner of our customers - It is your main task and passion to ensure an appreciative and professional customer contact. You are our face to the customer and act as advisor, solution finder and valued contact in all matters concerning the customers needs.
  • Be an online marketing professional - You already have a broad knowledge in online marketing and would like to acquire more in-depth knowledge about our product ‘Online Marketing Secrets’. You share your wealth of experience with your key customers to successfully support them in using our online products successfully.
  • You like to think of yourself as a business coach -  You like to accompany our customers in their development during their experience of our online marketing product. Therefore you see yourself as companion and build up a trustworthy relation to your clients. 
    • Be a communication talent - React to each of your customer requests with the right tools of the communication palette. You’re not only convincing us, but above all your customers with your communication skills. Your native german skills and good english skills are required here.
    • Handle CRM-systems easily - You handle CRM systems securely and trade databases easily to make the most out of the secured data. You also look for improvement of our processes and better solutions to use the documented data.
