  • Support your team with all HR-related administrative tasks. Thanks to your experience with HR operative processes & topics and - ideally - your professional training as HR administrator (“Personalsachberarbeiter”) you enthusiastically support the People Services team with e.g. preparation of payroll (including new starter process, vacation entitlements, legal requirements etc.) and processing of documents (e.g. contracts, reference letters) and local paperwork (mails, filing etc.).
  • Communicate with and handle requests of your Greator colleagues. With your great interpersonal skills and hands-on mentality, you help process all admin-related requests that reach our Greator People Service Desk.
  • Correspond with local authorities and agencies. Ideally drawing from your experience in collaborating with local authorities and handling HR legal topics, you support the team in correspondence and processing paperwork.
  • Work with and document in HR systems. To ensure clean processes and documentation you use your ability to work with different kinds of IT systems including MS Office, Personio etc.
If you’re a positive monster who’s hungry to drive personal and professional growth, get in touch now. It could be the best thing that happened to both of us.
