As one of the most significant roles in our company, the DC Operations Manager will lead and manage all aspects of the supply chain including the distribution center facility, its employees, inventory, customer fulfillment and logistical sales support working through a management team. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We seek an inspirational leader to manage the employees of the entire operation. In this role, the DC Operations Manager will be responsible for the operation and its employees in the Customer Service and Warehouse departments as well as its overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. This leader will conduct supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

The successful DC Operations Manager candidate will have at least 5 years related experience in supply chain management.
