Job Description

The Assistant Manager will assist the Store Manager with overall daily operation including maximizing sales/profitability and administer company policies and procedures.


• Enjoy creating a superior customer service experience to achieve maximum market penetration, drive store growth, increase sales and profitability
• Provide daily leadership and create and sustain a culture of employee engagement
• Assist with recruiting and motivating store employees who exceed internal and external customer expectations
• Assist with resolving customer complaints for increased customer satisfaction
• Grow customer relationships, help with sales/service questions, and ensure a positive experience both in
  the store and on the phone
• Inventory protection, asset management, operational and safety issues
• Overall cleanliness and readiness of delivery vehicles, sales floor, stock room and outside areas
• Help maintain a neat and clean store environment for our customers and employees
• Drafts, submits, and presents various performance and management reports
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Other related duties as assigned


• Heavy Duty parts experience required
• ASE (T1-T8) (P2) Parts Certifications preferred
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills
• Possesses personal drive, self-motivation, and initiative to accomplish company goals
• Thrive off working in a very fast paced and complex environment
• Knowledge of inventory management system
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical school, and/or college degree a plus
• Ability to move up to 100 lbs. and lift to 60 lbs.
