The Marketing UX Content Manager will wear multiple hats at Motion. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, the UX Content Manager is a left-brain + right brain role centered around the planning, creation, publishing, and distribution of best-in-class digital content.   • Manage client and customer stakeholder interviews to identify and understand user needs and business objectives.
  • Manage the optimization of existing user interface designs.
  • Manage and implement the content creation process, workflows, and documentation.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars, content style guides, web/blog writing best practices, and landing page templates.
  • Works with the SEO team for keyword research to understand customers' needs and search trends, contribute to social media and email strategies with content structures.
  • Manage the digital content team in the creation of landing page layouts, blog articles, video scripts, and other pillar content needs. 


  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and seven (5) to ten (7) years as a Web, Graphic Design, or UI-UX Designer and five (5) years of management experience. 


  • Design or writing portfolio including website projects (Blogs, Ebooks, Landing Pages)
  • Excellent written, oral, and visual communication skills
  • Current with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to defend and sell the most appropriate design solution to a client
  • Critical-thinking is a must
  • Customer-centric problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Adobe range of products, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD and Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Zeplin, Adobe XD)
  • Experience using landing page tools such as Unbounce and WordPress
  • Knowledge of Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction
