Job Description

At Motion Industries our training department, Motion Institute, is second to none. Our Video Producers perform all aspects of video production including: scripting, storyboarding, staging, lighting, recording audio, interviewing, shooting, editing and post production. Responsibilities

  •  Produce training videos for Motion Institute
  •  Provide production services to executives, other departments, subsidiaries, suppliers and customers
  •  Perform all aspects of a video production including: scripting, storyboarding, staging, lighting, recording audio, interviewing, shooting, editing and post production
  • Work on a production team, as well as work solo on projects from beginning to end
  •  Assist with special announcements/events that require audio/visual solutions

 

Qualifications

  •  Film degree preferred but not required
  •  Experience with Adobe Creative Suite required, especially Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects
  •  Experience with motion graphics preferred
  •  Creative/Artistic
  •  Knowledge of file formats and appropriate file sizes for various delivery methods required
  •  Experience with live broadcast software such as Wirecast preferred
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies related to video production
  • Ability to work with technical instructors to create video solutions to enhance the classroom experience
  • Ability to work well with others in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to clearly communicate with users of our services, establishing agreed upon work flow check points so as to meet their timeline expectations and adhere to quality production processes
  • Motivated and efficient with time
