Under limited supervision, a successful candidate will be a self-starter, have strong attention to detail, be comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and be excited about the opportunity to shape the development of our growing team. They will demonstrate strong business judgment and be skilled at breaking down high-level ideas into executable deliverables; excellent communication and cross-functional management abilities will be critical for this role.


JOB DUTIES
• Works with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement program.
• Coordinates onboarding process tasks and facilitate positive learning experiences for new hires .
• Develops and manages sales enablement projects and activities such as enhancing internal sales playbooks and training materials.
• Assists with customer ecommerce initiatives and other digital marketing efforts as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of experience in a high-performance sales organization or the equivalent combination.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
• Solid business acumen and understanding of sales process and B2B buying engagements
• Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities at any given time
• Self-motivated, highly driven to produce results
• Ability to work with sales teams in various time zones
