Position Mission:

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a design-savvy E-Commerce Communications Specialist to

join the specialized accessories eCommerce division. This tight-knit team operates as an

independent division of the larger NAPA organization and takes pride in our entrepreneurial

spirit, agile workflow, and creative approaches.

The E-Commerce Communications Specialist builds, designs, and coordinates email

campaigns and event flows in partnership with the marketing, merchandising, and content

teams. This role owns segmentation, A/B testing strategies, revenue attribution, and

conversion rate optimization across the email marketing channel. The ideal candidate has

experience in the leading email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Active Campaign, etc.), SMS,

Photoshop, and analytics platforms.

This position is open to remote working locations anywhere within the United States. The

team you will be working closely with is primarily based out of Chicago, but we have team members in all U.S. time zones.

 Position Performance Measures:

  • Launch an SMS initiative via the Klaviyo platform
  • Create and optimize subscriber segmentation
  • Create ongoing A/B tests to increase KPIs
  • Deliver KPI report to the larger marketing team

 

Responsibilities: The following section contains the primary responsibilities for this

position. The job holder is responsible for performing any other duties as assigned by

management.

  • Research, design, set up, and optimize email automation flows within Klaviyo
  • Schedule, set up, and optimize email campaigns across multiple channels
  • Optimize lead capture via Klaviyo and Justuno
  • Launch an SMS initiative via the Klaviyo platform
  • Create and optimize subscriber segmentation
  • Create ongoing A/B tests to increase KPIs
  • Act as a liaison between the team and our Klaviyo account rep
  • Deliver KPI report to the larger marketing team

Experience, Education, and Abilities:

  • 3+ years’ experience with email marketing in an eCommerce environment
  • 3+ years’ experience with HTML coding for email
  • Experience with Klaviyo is a major plus
  • Photoshop or Sketch design aptitude preferred
  • Confidence in developing and executing lifecycle marketing strategies and
  • communications for all CRM touchpoints
  • Prior experience in partnering with analytics teams to develop and act on project
  • KPIs
  • Self-starter personality who can operate with minimal supervision

Educational Requirements:

Requirements include but may not be limited to the following:

  • 3+ years’ experience with email marketing in an eCommerce environment
  • 3+ years’ experience with HTML coding for email
