Job Description

The Office Clerk provides general office support with a variety of receptionist activities and clerical related tasks.  This includes, greeting customers, screening incoming telephone calls, data entry, and performing diversified clerical duties in a professional manner. 


Accounts Receivable

  • Verifying daily cash ups
  • Entering info into A/R system
  • Fielding customer account questions

Accounts Payable

  • Reconciling P-Card Statements
  • Coding payable invoices
  • Matching vendor invoices to packing slips
  • Handling Pricing issues
  • Filing
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Punctual
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Possession of strong organizational skills
  • Dependable
  • Professional appearance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience is required
