Responsibilities:

  • Performs vendor master maintenance in PeopleSoft, JDE and ECOS including:
    Vendor Setup, Name Change, Address Update, Adding/Updating Banking Information, GIACT Verification/Verbal Confirmation, TIN Matching, Performs Vendor Address Book maintenance via PIE, Service Now, Ricoh, and interface
  • W9 solicitation and maintenance
  • Update and maintain electronic payment method enrollments
  • Customer service support calls with vendors and location personnel – Verify banking information independently as needed / Work with GPC, Subs and Vendors to timely meet SLAs. 
  • Additional tasks as determined by the Vendor Maintenance Supervisor
Experience:
  • Proven good performer in Accounts Payable
  • Above average research and resolution skills
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter, able to work in fast paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation skills
  • Team attitude
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments with competing priorities
  • Strong PC/Excel knowledge
  • Vendor Maintenance Experience, preferred but not required 
  • W9 and 1099 reporting knowledge, preferred but not required
