The IT Project Coordinator oversees project documentation, billing, security artifacts, and infrastructure collateral. This role acts as a liaison for cross-departmental projects and initiatives. The IT Project Coordinator handles a wide range of technical support projects across the department. This position is responsible for preparing large data sets as well as recognizing and reconciling anomalies.  Additionally, this position identifies opportunities to optimize performance and cost.   


Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of projects related to internal information systems.

Maintains project plans ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, are on-time, and within budget.

Tracks routine updates for all projects and initiatives.

Prepare project measures and benefits statements.

Investigates reporting and process discrepancies and provides solutions.

Consolidates multiple spreadsheets into online documentation tool.

Analyzes monthly budget, leases, and other charges.

Monitors invoices, bills, and vendor consolidations.

Assists with upgrades, deployments and support.

May identify trends, relationships, and opportuniteis to improve processes through data analysis.

Performs other duties as assigned.



Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and zero (0) to one (1) years of related experience or an equivalent combination


Basic understanding of IT and Networking.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and multiple forms of communications. (email, IM, meetings, etc.)

Preferred knowledge of PC or Network Support.

Preferred project management skills.

Ability to work independently and self-motivated.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
