Job Description

Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ISO 9001:2015 quality manual
  • Monitoring and analyzing internal and vendor quality performance
  • Materials Review Board - Investigating and troubleshooting in process product or production issues, determine disposition and arrange vendor RMA if necessary
  • Develop inspection methods and testing qualifications to analyze product quality
  • Ensuring workflows, processes and products comply with safety regulations and customer quality specifications
  • Collaborating with operations manager to develop and implement controls and improvements
  • Monitor and review weekly, monthly, quarterly quality data and work with quality department on common issues
  • Formulate a strategic plan with the production team to increase productivity and diminish quality issues
  • Maintain internal and external calibration equipment and logs
  • Develop corrective actions, solutions and improvements
  • Manage and coordinate ISO audits
