Position at Motion Industries

The Motion Industries' Project Coordinator will oversee communications project documentation, billing, security artifacts, and infrastructure collateral. They will act as liaison for cross-departmental projects and initiatives. The Project Coordinator will handle a wide range of technical support related and project related tasks across the full spectrum of the Communications Department’s responsibilities.


  • Maintain project plans
  • Consolidate multiple spreadsheets into consolidated online documentation tool
  • Monitor monthly budget, leases, and other charges
  • Weekly updates for all projects and initiatives
  • Invoice, bill and vendor consolidations
  • Assist with upgrades, deployments and support


  • High school diploma or equivalent required – college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in office/IT environments
  • PC/Network support background
  • Project Management skills and/or certifications
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communicator
  • Basic understanding of IT and Networking
  • Microsoft Office fluency (Visio, Excel, Word, etc)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and multiple forms of communications (email, IM, meetings, etc.)
