As a Digital Analytics Intern at GPC, you’ll have the opportunity to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to explore strategic business opportunities while learning about a global distribution organization.

A day in the life:

  • Develop and distribute analytics insights and presentations on different initiatives/campaigns using a defined set of KPIs
  • Monitor website performance metrics to identify potential sources of customer friction and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with other analysts and business intelligence personnel to design, develop, and support ongoing reporting/dashboards across a variety of data sources for the digital channels

What you’ll need:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, seeking degree in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Data Analytics/Science, Mathematics, MIS, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

And if you have this, even better:

  • Experience using Adobe or Google Analytics, Search Engine Optimization, or Data Visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of SQL language, statistical modeling
  • Proficient in web-based scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery)
  • Understanding of web development, e-commerce, basic statistics, or marketing
  • Tag management experience (Adobe DTM/Launch, Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Ensighten)
