Financial Analyst - Consolidation

Key financial role that has high exposure to executive management.  This person needs to bring a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to a team dynamic that excels at delivering a quality product on a timely basis, which allows executive management to make key financial decisions. This role reports to the Sr. Financial Analyst – Consolidation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Prepares monthly consolidation process.

Evaluates trends, identifies, and investigates unusual or unexpected account variances.

Prepares management ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Prepares and/or assists with quarterly management reporting.

Develops integrated test plans for new processes or changes to existing systems.

Reconciles intercompany transactions by comparing and correcting data

Ensures general ledger accounts are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Promotes teamwork between operational groups and departments

Other duties and projects as assigned




Bachelor degree in Accounting

0-2 years of related experience

CPA or pursuing certification (recommended, but not required)

Strong analytical skills

Detail oriented

Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel

Excellent oral/written communication skills

Strong work ethic

Team player
