eCommerce Support Analyst

  • Support day-to-day activities with potential and existing eCommerce customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and take customer orders
  • Order and source products for Customer orders
  • Negotiate sale and purchase prices
  • Proactively generate sales and promote Company products
  • Expedite backorders
  • Assist with customer returns
  • Interact with customers and suppliers to obtain and fill orders correctly
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns 


  • Bearings, Power transmission, Fluid power, General Industrial supplies
  • Pneumatic hose, Hydraulic hose & couplings
  • PPE products a plus



  • 3-5 Years proven customer service and communication skills
  • Inside sales experience
  • Industrial distribution sales a plus
  • Over the counter sales a plus
  • Strong computer skills a must
  • Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused
  • Industry and sales experienced preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Knowledge of supply chain systems helpful 
  • High School Diploma or GED
