Help Desk / Branch Operations Intern – Summer Internship
Motion Industries currently seeking a Help Desk / Branch Operations Intern, to join our dynamic team in Birmingham, AL.
Bilingual candidates in French or Spanish highly preferred. This opportunity is a great introduction to a multi-national company with over 550 locations in North America. The Corporate Helpdesk professionally represents Motion Industries, and is a first response provider to our customers. The Help Desk works by assisting business operations and providing quick solutions to questions from the field.
- Provide a high level of customer service with internal and external customers
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Communicate efficiently with other departments to provide solutions
- Assist with billing
- Represent Motion Industries in a professional manner
- Present a written summary prior to the last week of the internship describing the internship experience and including suggestions for program development
- College student with focus in Business/Supply Chain or Language Studies in French and/or Spanish
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office
- Good driving record
