SUMMARY:

Under direct supervision, the Enterprise Excellence Analyst works both individually and in a team environment on a wide range of projects and initiatives that align with the company’s strategic objective of continuous improvement. The Enterprise Excellence Analyst has exposure to all parts of the business from sales and operations, to finance and IT, analyzing existing initiatives along with looking for new opportunities. The work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing and improving existing general business processes including applying process definition, improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.

JOB DUTIES

• Develops and implements new processes and procedures utilizing six sigma and other quality tools to streamline operations and improve customer service.
• Analyzes data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develops documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
• Coordinates with functional departments, sales, finance, IT, etc. to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Conducts research, prepares reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Typically requires a bachelor's degree and zero (0) to three (3) years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organization skills
• Must communicate effectively, including written and verbal skills
• Ability to engage with internal and external teams as a trusted partner
• Motivated self-starter, as well as the ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Knowledge of data management and data visualization tools
• Ability to apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of key performance indicators
• Positive and professional attitude

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
