Job Description

Motion is seeking a candidate with excellent communication and computer skills to fill the Corporate Account Manager (CAM) position. CAMs supervise, mentor, and train Team Members who assist with on-site visitations and presentations to cater to the needs of our customers as a major part of keeping their industry in motion. Responsibilities

  • Support the Strategic Account Managers regarding activities related to all assigned accounts
  • Manage, supervise, mentor, and train personnel who will perform support tasks including participation with Strategic Account Managers at customer on-site visitations and presentations implementation of timelines and activities creation of presentations for implementation/contract kick-off meetings customized reporting track and report performance data accumulate and manage cost savings documentation provide timely responses to branch or other management account inquiries and projects
  •  Travel throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico

Qualifications

  •  Ability to effectively manage personnel and prioritize projects and assignments
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  •  High-level math skills
  •  Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
  •  Strong organizational and planning skills for multitasking
  •  Ability and confidence to develop original written language and correspondence for developing reports and proposals, as well as customer and field communications
  • Good people skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and dedication to completing projects on time 
  • Positive attitude, high energy level, strong desire to interact directly with customers, high comfort level making presentations, and ability/willingness to work additional hours as job requirements and projects require
