IT Administration & Change Control Specialist

This position will ensures IT processes (systems) assigned to the department are administered timely and in compliance to regulatory requirements. All ISPW packages and maintaining Change Log, administers and maintains RSA tokens, focal point for IT invoices, providing quotes and ordering hardware, software and equipment from ServiceNow, preparing reports, coordinating travel arrangements for IT personnel, schedule conference calls/webcasts and approves conference rooms for IT, assists with luncheons and provides back up to front desk as needed. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Update Change Log with infrastructure changes to be implemented, install ISPW packages, send out change log daily, maintain Previously Installed Changes Log
  • Maintaining all RSA users, (hard and soft token) including monthly reports for expiring tokens and replacing as needed, ordering all RSA software tokens, key fobs and licenses and installing into the RSA system
  • Processing IT Invoices for payments (logging, routing, Bluebook processing, recaps for submission to Accounting), troubleshoot invoices, monitoring invoices on GPC1
  • Interpret tickets, provide quotes, purchase hardware, software and workstation equipment through COS and PC Mall, documenting with proper paperwork and PO#
  • Software License – Maintain software license reports and renew as needed
  • Update monthly reports as requested
  • Schedule conference calls for MI personnel
  • Assist IT personnel with travel arrangements
  • Covers for the Switchboard Operator
  • Supports the IT department as appropriate
  • Complies with all policies and procedures (MPPS’s) as related to assigned functions
  • Performs all functions with a focus on Customer Service
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for invoice and payment processing
  • Headquarters personnel for scheduling conference calls and approving conference rooms
  • Supports company safety and health programs
  • Have a clear understanding of emergency procedures and responsibilities 

Education and Experience

  • High School graduate
  • Attention to detail
  • Must demonstrate good customer service skills
  • Technical skills include Word, Excel and Power Point
