Our 11-week summer internship program will be in person in Atlanta (some remote workdays available) and run from May 22, 2023 – August 4, 2023. The digital merchandising intern will work in our U.S. Automotive Group subsidiary to provide support to our digital merchandising team on various process improvement projects.

As a digital merchandising Intern at GPC, you’ll have the opportunity to work with day-to-day user interface and user experience activities and initiatives while learning about a global distribution organization.

A day in the life:

  • Create processes/templates for Brand Page QBRs
  • Create process/templates for Digital x Category Rapid Business Reviews
  • Complete a QBR/RBR and share findings/best practices

What you’ll need:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, seeking a degree in Marketing (Digital), Business Administration (eCommerce), Computer Science (Information Systems, Information Technology), or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

And if you have this, even better:

  • Experience publishing or building web pages (familiar with cms)
  • Experience in E-commerce, data management, process analysis, and improvement
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics
  • Ability to digest and navigate Excel spreadsheets with large data sets
  • Good understanding of SEO and best practices
  • Strong marketing background
