Position Summary:

 

Key responsibility for leading the monthly and annual financial closing process utilizing Company’s various systems including Microsoft Business Central 365 Responsible for delivering timely Business Unit financial reporting, Balance Sheet Account Analysis, and all other required control reporting.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manages the Accounts Receivable
  • Manage the Accounts Payable
  • Lead retain and hold team accountable.
  • Working closely with key customers and vendors to manage the overall financial relationship including pricing, billing, collections etc.
  • Refining and maintaining financial and operational reporting to provide insight, analytics, and key performance indicators to the management team for decision making.
  • Managing a small team of accounting professionals
  • Responsibility for coordinating and overseeing the annual financial statement audits.
  • Fixed Asset Management and Depreciation reporting
  • Monthly Sales tax calculation and reporting
  • Daily Sales Upload
  • Prepare Monthly Financial Statement
  • Prepare Departmental Financial Statements
  • Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliations

 

 

 


 

Education & Experience:

 

  • A financial leader with 10 years of experience
  • Connection to the Mission to serve others.
  • Microsoft Business Central experience required.
  • Public Accounting experience preferred.
  • Strong GAAP accounting knowledge required.
  • Corporate Controller experience preferred.
  • Experience in multi-unit retail.
  • Exhibits well-developed communication skills; is clear, concise, motivating and persuasive

 

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. There will be periods when longer and additional days will be required.
