Goodshop is looking for a stellar Digital Marketing Manager with proven ability to build and scale online marketing channels. This individual is not afraid to get their hands dirty and can make data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:

  • Build, grow, and optimize online channels (SEM, display, affiliates, mobile) to acquire new customers.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of marketing programs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Apply LTV and other customer insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams on landing pages, creatives, copy, and tracking.
  • Develop and consistently execute testing plan.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build profitable online marketing channels to acquire new customers
  • Experience with SEM, display, mobile, and affiliate marketing. Bonus for experience in digital video.
  • At least 3+ years in online marketing
  • Understanding of and ability to implement tracking
