Our Team

In GoodData, the HRBP role is dedicated to the area of performance management, education & training, employee satisfaction, compensation, DE&I initiatives, and partnership with our managers. We currently have the HRBP team in the Czech Republic, and we are looking for their counterpart who will partner w/ the Executive team and Leaders in the US. 

What will you do?

  • You’ll work closely with the Executive Team and their teams to help with organizational design, talent management, and people development.
  • You’ll become a key member of the Global HR and hiring team, involved in projects and innovations (onboarding, engagement surveys, education & training, job architecture, etc.)
  • You will be the key player in defining the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy globally.
  • You will provide advanced coaching, consulting, and facilitation to functional leaders. Provide guidance and direction on complex HR issues.
  • You will partner with the rest of the HR organization to brainstorm, design, and implement new processes and improvements towards company culture globally.
  • You will work very closely with w/ the US People Operations and Hiring team, and you will mentor them and guide them on complex HR projects.
  • You’ll participate in regular discussion, reporting & presentations to the Leadership team.  
  • You will be reporting to the VP of HR.

About you

  • You’re an experienced HR professional with a history of working in a startup and/or corporate environment; working experience in an IT environment would definitely help you as well.
  • You’re used to the HR business partnership type cooperation, especially w/ Sales & Marketing organizations.  
  • You have personally driven at least some of the following HR processes: organizational design, performance management, people development and talent management, DE&I activities, employee engagement, including employee surveys, their processing, and evaluation.
  • You enjoy building relationships with managers and people at all company levels, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • You can work autonomously, taking the initiative and finding the right solution without the need for someone to assign specific tasks to finish or track deadlines for you.
  • You speak, write, and read English fluently.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance onsite in our San Francisco office. 
  • We are flexible with working early mornings to catch up w/ Czech team regularly.
