Business Development Manager- Dual Employment Role

 

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is a part-time, dual employment role with additional employment as a realtor being permissible. The BDM refers new clients to Go Mortgage for the purpose of obtaining a mortgage. The referrals must be in accordance with all regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Make business development calls with potential referral partners.
  • Refer volume from sources outside of the real estate brokerage where the employee holds their dual employment.
  • Attend/host networking events on behalf of Go Mortgage.
  • Attend trainings specific to BDM role
  • Complete BSA/AML training
  • Must adhere to all regulations and guidelines established for the role.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Should be a licensed Real Estate Agent and currently employed as a registered Broker.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and other technology
